Coach Jeff Grant's Color Flow Ignition Prime — Teaser
Press play — a one minute, forty-second taste of what's inside. The full experience is on the other side of the page.
You know the moments. The one ahead of you right now, probably. Where you need to walk in calm and focused, or fired up and ready, or grounded and present — and you've got minutes to get there, not the hour you'd need to do it on your own.
That's what I built the Color Flow Visualization Pack for. My voice in your ears, the soundscape carrying you straight to the feeling you need. Eleven audio tracks. Whichever one the moment is asking for.
And when the moment is a big one — start line, stage, the room you've been preparing for — there's Ignition Prime. Eighteen minutes that bring every part of you online and integrate them into a single felt state. You walk in launch-ready.
Eleven audio tracks. Each one is a place you visit — the jungle for energy, the ocean for focus, the cave for silence, the red rocks for heart. My voice and the soundscape carry you there. You breathe with me. The feeling arrives. And it stays — anchored to your breath, your colors, your places — so you can call it back whenever you need it.
Use any color track when you need that one feeling. Use Ignition Prime — Full when a big moment is coming and you need to walk in with every part of you there. Use Ignition Prime — Quick when the moment is closer, the window is smaller, or you just want a daily five-minute reset.
Inside Ignition Prime
Eighteen minutes. Eyes closed. The most concentrated piece of the system — every part of you brought online before a big moment, anchored to your breath, ready to walk in.
This is the one I built for start lines, stages, and the rooms you've been preparing for. You'll know when you need it.
Five and a half minutes. Same journey, daily use. Full before a big moment. Quick the rest of the time.
Quick adds one feature Full doesn't have: you can pause partway and take your own path through whichever colors today calls for, then finish the track when you're ready.
How this works
Guided visualization isn't new. Sports psychologists have used it with elite athletes for decades because the body responds to vividly imagined experience the way it responds to lived experience. Your nervous system doesn't fully distinguish between the two.
What's new here is the channel. My voice, immersive soundscape under it, breathing built into the structure. Each track walks you to a specific place and a specific feeling. By the end, the feeling is anchored — to your breath, to the color, to the place. The next time you need it, it's there. Sometimes you'll see green in the environment and your body will respond on its own. Sometimes you'll put the audio back on and call it directly.
That's the design. The audio activates the inner coach voice that's already inside you. You don't need to learn anything new. You just need to listen.
I built this for the athlete in the warm-up area dialing in for a personal best. The presenter twenty minutes before the keynote. The surgeon walking the corridor toward a hard case. The parent who needs to be all the way present at dinner after the day they just had. The founder before the meeting that matters. Anyone who has moments that ask for more than they can summon on their own — and wants a reliable way to get there.
A few common deployments:
What it is not
It's not the Color Flow course. The course teaches you the methodology — the eight colors, what each one does, how to read your environment, how the whole system fits together. It teaches you to walk into the world and see green and feel the energy arrive, without anything in your ears.
The Visualization Pack does the complementary job. It delivers the felt experience on command, through audio, anywhere. Same eight colors. Different delivery.

Why I built this
I built the Visualization Pack because I wanted more people to have access to the inner coach I've spent two decades helping athletes, founders, and executives find. Each track is a piece of what I do with people one-on-one — the coaching, the breath work, the visual anchoring, the music that holds it together — built track by track around the felt experience, not assembled from a template.
This is real coaching. It exists because I wanted to put what I do in your ears — to activate the voice that's already inside you, wherever you happen to be.
That's why it works.
The full picture — Visualization Pack and Color Flow
Color Flow is the methodology — the framework that turns every walk, every commute, every workout into coaching from the environment around you. The Visualization Pack is the audio coach — the same eight colors, delivered on command, anywhere.
Together they're the complete system. Methodology in the world. Audio practice on demand.
You don't need both to start. Begin with the Visualization Pack and add Color Flow later, or begin with Color Flow and add the audios when you want guided access on the go. They were built to work together — most people end up with both.
And when you want the methodology underneath — that's Color Flow. Eight colors mapped, the workbook in your hands, every story I've used to anchor them. Then every walk, every commute, every workout coaches you.

The Visualization Pack is the audio companion to the practice you've been running. The course taught you to read your environment and find each color around you. These tracks bring my voice and the soundscape into the work — guiding you to those same feelings on command, anywhere.
Same eight colors. Plus Coach Jeff Grant's Color Flow Ignition Prime — the eighteen-minute pre-event journey, plus a five-minute Quick version for tight windows and daily use. Neither lives inside the course.
Same $47 either way. Instant access alongside your other Color Flow materials.
The next time the moment asks a lot of you, you'll walk in ready.
Do I need to have taken Color Flow first?
No. Every track stands on its own. The course teaches the methodology in the world; the Pack delivers the experience through audio, anywhere. Either is a complete entry into the work — and most people end up wanting both.
What's the difference between Ignition Prime and the color tracks?
Color tracks deliver one feeling at a time — three to seven minutes, one color, on demand. Ignition Prime is the pre-event integration journey — every part of you brought online and integrated into a single felt state before you walk in. Different jobs.
What's the difference between Ignition Prime — Full and Ignition Prime — Quick?
Same journey, two lengths. Full runs eighteen minutes — the complete integration sequence. Quick runs five and a half minutes — same destination, faster path. Quick has one extra feature: you can pause partway through and take your own time with any colors before finishing the track. Use Full when a big moment is coming. Use Quick on every other day — and as a pre-event tool when the window is tight.
Do I need headphones?
Recommended. Not required. Headphones make the immersion deeper, especially for the soundscape work in tracks like Blue: Cool Clarity and Black: Mute Button.
Can I use these offline?
Yes. Stream from any device or download the MP3s to your phone — train anywhere signal isn't available.
How long is each track?
Per-track runtimes are listed above. The color tracks run roughly five to seven minutes. The Common Breath Opener is about two and a half minutes. Ignition Prime — Full runs eighteen minutes. Ignition Prime — Quick runs five and a half minutes.
